Gerringong Rock pool
My first dip late July on holidays. It was freezing but in honour of my Dad and other family friends that have been taken by this hideously cruel disease. I miss Dad every day but know he would support this challenge and encourage me along the way.
Monday 11th Aug
Wow it's cold......
I have now had 3 dips and as cold as it is, the pain you feel in your muscles is nothing compared to the pain of this hideous disease. I have 2 more dips to do who knows where but I am thinking of unique places. Thank you for your encouragement.
