In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.
Dipping again this year in honour of my Aunty Kay 🤍
She had a way of making everyone feel welcome, celebrated and loved. The world could always use a little more of that.
So this August I'll be taking part in the Daffodil Day Dip to help raise funds for cancer research and support Australians affected by cancer.
A small act, hopefully making a difference — something I think she'd be proud of.
So F Cancer! I dip to honour the fighters, the survivors and the ones we miss. For all that cancer takes, Daffodil Day is your day to give back.
