Just found out my beautiful brave mother has cancer. Last year I started ocean plunging with a wonderful group of ladies called the Penguins who dip near Penny Lane in Mcrae. As I call my mum Penny Penguin I felt an immediate connection and that it was meant to be. In August my dips will be dedicated to my mother who is battling cancer.
