Chin Wagon at Fremantle pool in the rain.
Bestirred myself to swim 13 laps (lucky number among the Smiths) after a fortnight off for chest infection and antibiotics. I wore my yellow cap.
Monday 10th Aug
Wet, cool day to swim.
