Times are tough right now, but how much tougher would it be if you were fighting cancer?! I will be plunging into the cold waters of the Bass Strait into Davey Jones locker hahaha (Tasmania) in the early morning hours through the month of August, 2 to 3 times a week. Get behind me and let's make it happen, help me make waves and raise some money.

A nice 6oC morning here at Burnie. It was a solo dip this morning. I have been swimming with no shirt, so this morning I thought I would try with a t-shirt. It helped to reduce the massive shock to the body which was good.
