My Updates

9 minutes in my cold plunge at 7 degrees
Feeling awake and it’s great to feel good whilst giving back. Hard to believe I’m three years in remission from Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I think swimming and cold plunging has helped me but the care and dedication of my medical team at Genises Care saved my life, gave me hope and it was a second home during treatment. Oncology nursing care was amazing. Forever grateful .
Friday 19th Jun
Second dip
Managed just over 5 minutes in the plunge pool at home at 7.5 degrees. It’s great to raise funds for a worthy cause and reap the health benefits of ice bathing.
Wednesday 17th Jun
My first dip
I’ve started early to acclimatise. Did 5 minutes in the cold plunge at 7.5 degrees. I actually loved it.

Way to go, Sinead. You're an ice-cold inspiration.
