In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. 

Please donate to my challenge!

I will be doing a cold dip every single day of August. Be it pool, river or sea. Come on this journey with me. 

On the 5th of September 2025, it will mark the three year date of being Cancer free. One of the hardest times of my life. I wouldn't have made it through without the support of my doctors, work mates and friends. 

This is my chance to give back and help others. 

The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip challenge will help power world-class cancer research to save lives.

Happy Daffodil Day

So far I've done 21 dips. But today is the main day of the month so I wanted to make it special by doing it at one of my fav places in summer inland to swim. Rocky Pool in Kalamunda. Take the trips with your families and friends. Live life to the fullest. Share your stories.Laugh out loud.Sing at the top of your lungs. Make every day special!
