Ocean cold swims and a warm heart
I finished my last swim at the local pool last night, but in the days prior I swam in the sea and dipped in a luxurious magnesium bath and deep dived into very cold plunges. It has been an absolute delight to be encouraged to fit in a quick swim and raise money for cancer research at the same time. Thank you all for your shocking generosity. Your kindness overfills my cup.
