In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.
Please donate to my challenge!
The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip challenge will help power world-class cancer research to save lives.

I'm Taking the Plunge for a Cause: Daffodil Day Cold Plunge Challenge
Some of you know cold plunging is already part of my wellness routine—but this time, it’s different.
This August, I’m joining the Cancer Council’s Daffodil Day by taking on a meaningful new challenge: cold plunging in Melbourne’s open sea during winter, where the wind chill alone can drop below zero. 🌬❄️
It’s my first time plunging in the open sea during this season, and I’m doing it to show support for those impacted by cancer.
I’ve also committed to go even further:🧊 I’ll be doing cold plunges 3 to 4 times a week throughout the entire month of August.
This isn’t just about braving the cold—it’s about standing up for a cause that matters.
🌼 Daffodil Day represents hope—supporting vital cancer research, early detection, prevention programs, and patient services. To kick things off, I’ve donated $250 myself—and now I’m inviting you to be part of this mission.
👉 Support my journey with a donation—every bit counts.
Together, we can help create a future where cancer doesn’t get the final say. Let’s make this winter plunge matter—for something bigger than all of us.
