Plunge tally....
I've lost count. Its sits at around 8-10. As I'm new to the experience of cold water swimming, and It's a fair ch1Iink of my day to drive to the coast( bay or otherwise), I promised a very reasonable 4 plunges. Thankfully, whilst it is uncomfortable to plunge into freezing cold water knowingly, I've discovered quite a healthy new activity, that I'm planning to continue doing. I can tolerate the cold, and my threshold is improving. Win win. Thank you to all those donors. Your donations are what spurs me on. 👏🙏
