Friggin freezing
We’re having a cold snap! It’s the coldest we’ve been all year and the beanies are on, but the water temp in the pool has dropped to just 11 degrees 🥶 I’m keeping up with my dips though, so far, and only have one day off up my sleeve left 🤪

Nearly there
It’s nearly August, and I’ve nearly reached my fundraising goal of $1000. Let’s see how high we can go before Daffodil day on August 12th!
I’m not enjoying how warm the weather is, it’s supposed to be winter, but at least it makes it easier to dip 💦
Wednesday 9th Jul
Plunge 19 done ✔️
Most of my cold plunges are in my bath, but now and again, when it’s not full of cold water, I get to enjoy a lovely warm, relaxing soak. I love warm baths in winter!
Wednesday 2nd Jul
Dip 13 done ✔️
I had a 3 day break as I’d had enough of the cold winds and rain. Now the sun’s out, wind has dropped, and even though the temperatures at night are dropping, dip #13 is done ✔️
