Today, on the last day of August, I thought I’d do 1 more COLD plunge.  That makes, 11 plunges of 10.  I decided to dedicate this mornings plunge to everyone that has supported me through the month of August, with my cold plunges, to fundraise for much needed money to support vital cancer research, so that hopefully 1 day, we will live in a cancer free world.  Your awesome love and support helped me take on 11 brain freezing plunges.  THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.  I feel very lucky to have so many beautiful, kind and caring people in my life!  Jessica Louise Mckenzie, you were at the front of my mind while I plunged into the icy waters of Lake Wendouree this morning, as I know you are doing it extremely tuff at the moment, being in ICU since your last chemo treatment.  Jess, you are a Warrior Wonder Woman!!!  We love you dearly. There’s still time to donate to such a fantastic cause, so please, if you are able to help me, I will be forever grateful. 💛

WOW…. Today was the day. 10th COLD plunge of 10 for the month of August, to raise vital funds for life saving cancer research.  My final plunge today was extremely emotional for me.  There were tears and hugs all round.  I was blessed to have my amazing husband and beautiful granddaughter, Bella with me, as I took my final plunge.  Today’s plunge was for everyone that has been affected by cancer.  I’m sending you all big love and hugs to warm your beautiful souls.  A massive shout out to everyone that is doing the Daffodil Day COLD plunges, and raising much needed funds so that we can hopefully live a cancer free life.  A gigantic thank you to everyone that has supported me, as I’ve PLUNGED my way through August.  Your support has helped me through my brain freezing dips.  And a special thank you to my gorgeous friend , Ange, for joining me in several of my cold plunges.  I will continue to plunge in the COLD waters, as I’ve found it very beneficial to clear the mind and to reset.  Please, if you are able to help in any way, it will be greatly appreciated.  You can still donate until the end of August . 💛🙏. Plunge 9 of 10 for the month of August was done with my beautiful friend Angela Sandford.  Thank you for joining me today, and for your amazing support always.  Today I dedicated my plunge to my beautiful mum who lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 41.  No one should have to say goodbye to their loved ones or friends due to cancer.  So please help me raise funds for the Cancer Council.  Every dollar raised helps fund life-saving cancer prevention, and supports people affected by cancer.  💛

DAFFODIL 🌼 DAY 2025!  This morning marks my 8th plunge of 10 for the month of August to help raise much needed money for Cancer Council Daffodil Day.  Today’s plunge was taken at the beautiful Renu Social Wellness, at 35 Mair Street, Ballarat.  Thank you Nick once again for allowing me to use your truely amazing facilities.  The funds I raise from my Daffodil Day Dip Challenge will help power world-class cancer research to save lives.  Your support means so much to me.  Please help create a cancer free future by donating to my fundraiser.  💛

Today I completed my 2nd of 10 plunges in freezing cold Ballarat waters in the month of August to help raise money for the Cancer Council’s Daffodil Day.  Today I’ve decided to do my plunge for our beautiful, brave Warrior Wonder Woman, Jess who’s going through chemo at the moment.  Hoping and praying that the money raised helps us to a future where there is a cure, and a cancer free life for everyone.  A special thanks to my gorgeous friend Ange, who braved the elements and joined me in today’s cold plunge at St George’s Lake Creswick.  2 down, 8 to go.
