Dip no. 4
A group of us veterans/ ex 1st responders get together for a regular ice bath dip. So I figure I may as well kill two birds with one stone. 3 minutes at 6dg. Smiling, not smiling.

Wouldn’t expect people to donate to what is ostensibly one of my favourite pastimes. But feel free. Also cheated today. Put the 2.5 mm wetsuit on for a 1hr surf in gorgeous conditions. But I’m still claiming it.

Dip No.1
Not sure if it’s officially kicked off but hit the water today for my first dip of the challenge. Found out the pool I use is 19.8m long so I’ve been short changing myself. Now have to do 76 laps to cover my usual 1500m.
