I’ve signed up for the Daffodil Day Dip, which means I’ll be plunging into cold water — all in the name of cancer research. Yes, I might scream. Yes, there may be flailing. But it’s for a very good cause!

My friend Jen passed away on Friday from Cancer. Today’s dip was especially for her. She loved the ocean and adventure. A wonderful lady taken too soon 💔

Winter is here. 11 degrees out but lovely in the water. I dunked under a few times for a friend going through her cancer journey. She’s loves the sea. My dips are for those who can’t dip / dunk. Watch out for my daffodil day dip event to continue to raise awareness and necessary funds. #daffodildaydip

20 degrees in Mahon Pool. It was warmer in the ocean so enjoyed the waves coming over the edge. 🥰 First day of WINTER

Jumping in the water post a gym session or to start the day helps me focus, resets my nervous system and sets me up for the day. Always better when the suns shining.
