8 Aug - Late arvo dip
Managed to get dip done before the sun went down today. 7 done! 13 to go!! So close to $1k now - just $120 to go 💛🌼

Friday 7 August - Frost = Frosty dip
I didn't get a pic of my dip today, but I can tell you it was frosty cold.
We had frost this morning... (see pic) and I'm sure some snow must have melted and flowed into the river today. Brrrr

Loving the daffodil swim cap that arrived in the post yesterday.Here's evidence of my quick 10 min break from work to walk down the hill, jump in and jump out! Much easier to do when the sun is out 💛

Ice bath!
On 1 Aug I did 2 x 3-4 min ice bath ‘dips.’ It was a mental & physical challenge - but I did it! We can do hard things ❤️❤️. It’s a lot harder to fight cancer. Donate today!
