Dip 18 in the dark!
No photo for last night's dip.Β I was lucky enough to sauna and dip in South Arm.Β It was probably the coldest dip I've done!Β Two to go!Β

Hi everyone...We got hit by illness here.Β So I'm finishing my dips in September.Β I had 4 left to do.Β I did one today.Β I'll do another tomorrow night. xx

Can you believe it! 5 dips to go & Iβm in bed with that annoying virus thatβs going around. Iβm writing to let you know I will get my 5 dips done - it may spill into early Septβ¦but I will do them. ππ

12 August freeze your bits off!
No photo of me in action today, It was really cold in the water & the cool breeze on land made it all rather unpleasant. Itβs better than cancer tho! This kooka watched us dip today & was pretty vocal. Thank you for all your recent donations! Weβve hit $1k tonight - wow! π€©

Managed to get dip done before the sun went down today. 7 done! 13 to go!! So close to $1k now - just $120 to go ππΌ

Friday 7 August - Frost = Frosty dip
I didn't get a pic of my dip today, but I can tell you it was frosty cold.Β Β
We had frost this morning... (see pic) and I'm sure some snow must have melted and flowed into the river today.Β BrrrrΒ

Loving the daffodil swim cap that arrived in the post yesterday.Here's evidence of my quick 10 min break from work to walk down the hill, jump in and jump out!Β Much easier to do when the sun is out π
