Sunday 9th Aug
First dip
At Cronulla Beach rock pool for an 11am cold dip. Thank you everyone for your support, and the donations received. Definitely feeling all the love from you. For that I managed to do a full lap and back across the pool. The water was cold, but not as bad as I thought it'd be! Though bystanders did have opinions on my hard breathing after the lap.
