Monday 4th Aug
Third Dip
Another beautiful day but the water was much colder today. I have completed 3 out of 3 promised dips but I will try to organise more dips in the coming weeks to help raise funds for the Cancer Council. Many thanks to my friend Lys and my sister Linda for support. Many thanks to all our friends and family who have donated funds.

Pre Season Training - Day 1 at Chelsea Beach
My friend Lys and I decided to start acclimatising ourselves before commencing our Daffodil day Dips in Inverloch next weekend.
