Friday 29th Aug
Very early swim before work
Drop the kids at the bus stop then drive to the beach, the wind is cold, the water is cold, the sun is bright. I am alone in the pool and then joined by a couple of ladies braving the 15 degree water temperature. 1km later, out of the water and back to work!
Tuesday 26th Aug
Sunday Dip in the waves at South Curl Curl
The rock pool was overflowing on Sunday with the high tide, inviting lots of foam from the surf into the pool. Hard work going against the current!!
Friday 22nd Aug
Daffodil Day
Bea and I used our lunch break to brave the weather and have a cold dip at our usual swimming spot in South Curl Curl. Windy, 14 degrees out and 15 degrees in the water. Quite Wild! I dedicate this dip to our friend Paul who passed away on Wednesday.
