11degrees, White Beach at stupid o'clock - bit choppy, feeling the lunacy of it all. Mostly feeling huge pride in punching through the desire to hide under the covers and do it tomorrow!!! what a wild ride and so worthwhile

Solo dip apex point jetty White Beachgrey with drizzle. surprisingly warm consideringhoping to ditch the crutches when foot starts behaving.it adds an interesting layer of complexity to the swim/dunk lol

Where theres a will theres a way! 2 days needing full rest and  not allowed to get foot wet so will need to play catch up. water temp 13degrees in the water -  surprisingly warm. A bit windy but lovely sunny day

Pretty intense mobility issues, so had a cold dunk in the bath. 9degrees - geez it was cold. I think I would rather the ocean with friends.
