My first dip
On Monday I did my first dip. It felt great to jump into the surf with my golden cap on. So glad I can do this to raise funds the Cancer Council.

August swims will be special
We’re now into July. As many of you know I swim many mornings each week at Bar Beach. However when August arrives my swims will be in honour of Catherine and many others who have been touched by cancer and survived or who have passed through the veil. I feel like it’s a real honour to have another reason to dip during August. So if you can see your way to do so, I would love to know you will be with me in spirit as I take the August Daffodil Day dips. ♥️
