Coming together in the morning to start the day, greeting one another, stepping into a personal challenge of showing up and dipping in port Phillip bay in approx 11degree water 💦 and then feeling the warmth of the sauna or Hydro. Sharing this morning moment bring such joy and a lovely reset.
