In August, I’ll be plunging into cold water for the almost 1 in 2 Australians who will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.

In August my sister Amy and myself are doing a cold plunge every Saturday morning in memory of our sister Kayla and for all those who fought the hard battle 💕
