Lets Goooooo!
The 1st day of August, and my first dip reminded me that making discomfort my friend will be KEY! I had intended to execute my first dip in the ocean but I didnt quite get there so I had my lovely husband to clean the pool for mw so it would be sparkling! It was a bracing plunge, although apparently the water was only around 19 degrees - it sure felt a lot colder than that! How DO the ice-bathers do it??Tomorrow I plan on staying in for a minute!
