Last Saturday even though a bit chilly we braved it at Coolum and a bunch of us from Insingc Womens Choir did the plunge.So invigorating and such fun doing it together !One of our girls who wasnt able to swim on the  day put her gift of the gab to good use and chatted up the lovely young life guards - discovering one of their Mums was currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer. We swung into action with an uptempo acapella version of  Venus for her and he took a video to send to her.A few more songs including our ocean favourite Cool Change and we were off for coffee and lunch. A lovely shared time and for me, so much love and support on my own journey with cancer. I’m giving it a fair fight, currently in remission with some surgery ahead  but head in the sand on that for now Love my singing swimming sisters 🌞🎶🌞!!

Daily cold water swims on holidays this past week - so energising getting into the cold water then having a beautiful beach walk after to warm up. Stayed in for more than 10 mins each swim !
