I'm going to be doing 10 cold plunges into the pool and ocean this winter, raising money for cancer. I'm also going to do an 11th cold plunge, jumping into the ocean in Antarctica in January.

I recently completed cold plunge 2 and 3.
Dip 2, I was joined by friends- Jason and Demi, who braved to cold and took the plunge with me.
Dip 3 was this morning, braving the 7 degree morning chill for an icy dip.
