My first dip 🥶
I set my goal to do my first dip at a local beach while supporting a local small business. Seasoul sauna. What a delight. The sauna is just a short walk to the water… it was 10 degrees today!!
Heating up in the 90 degree sauna before and after the plunge definitely helped!!!
See you again here next weekend.
