Wonderful morning for a plunge. Stayed in for 20 minutes 6degrees in Apollo bay.

Blubbbbebebrrrrrr That how I spoke for the first 30 seconds in the water today. No time for conversation just breathing. Feeling revived after a 30 minute dip. Love where we live.
