Last day to dip!!
I had to go back to Askara and take a leap from the jetty!
Monday 18th Aug
Askara Wellness Retreat plunge.
Michelle, Sophie and I took a plunge in the beautiful spring water fed lake on the awesome Askara property. Thank you Larisa for being our host for the cause.
Sunday 20th Jul
Askara Wellness Centre will host us!!! My Team Dainty Dippers consists of Sophie Stewart- Apps, Abi Turnbull and Michelle Jane
Well the ocean is not safe for us to swim in but Askara wellness centre has come to our aid and we will plunge into their amazing lake in Willunga. Sunday at 2pm.

Plunge Recovery centre pool dip
Our first dip was at the Plunge Recovery centre in Somerton Park Brighton to get the feel of how cold it will be. Yep 14 degrees cold but 7 ? Wow, it’s tough! What a great centre! We loved the sauna first then plunging into that freezing water!
