I’m fundraising for Daffodil Day, to support advancements in life-saving cancer research.
Fundraising for cancer research has only just become at the forefront of my mind now that I have the disease. I have always bought a daffodil or contributed to the big morning tea but as I go through the treatment for bowel cancer I really want to raise awareness and money for more research. Whilst the disease is horrible the treatment is harsh. I would hope that in the future the road to health is a much more gentle journey.
