This Daffodil Day, I dedicate this fundraiser to my sister, Maria Teresa, who passed away last year from metastatic lung cancer. She was not just a sister. She was a loving mother, a courageous fighter, and a light to everyone who knew her.
Every flower I sell is a tribute to her strength and love and for her children, who now face life without their parent.
This is for them too.
May they always feel her love in the kindness of others and the warmth of the world she left behind.
