Live cross from Ian Kimber at Port Melbourne Beach (thanks Beck) - air temp 16 degrees C, water temp 10 degrees C (some debate about that), slight chop from moderate southeasterly, tide half out, water conditions clear but with some fine organic manner from rain, hence yellow balloon.
