Wow back at the spa to have the sauna after but the cold dips into the pool at 1 degree were harsh definitely prefer the heat of the sauna and heat of the magnesium pool afterwards - but proud of myself I stayed in the cold pool so long I went pink and frozen lol

I did my second dip in July and will do my final dip in August x thanks to those who have donated it is most appreciated x I also transferred the money sent to me but following up where it has gone as it doesn’t show on my page.

I will do another in July and my final in August x not easy as I hate the cold but then those that have cancer don’t have it easy any step of the way - my way of helping a little - raising a bit of money and awareness 💛🙏 thank you to those that have donated and to those that will xo it is appreciated 💛
