Kyra's Golden Hour — An Afternoon Tea for Daffodil Day
In May 2026, our much-loved colleague Kyra was diagnosed with cancer. It's news that no one should ever have to face, and yet one in two Australians will hear those words by the age of 85.
On Thursday 20 August 2026, Daffodil Day, the Crown Melbourne team is coming together for Kyra's Golden Hour, an afternoon tea held in Kyra's honour, raising funds for Cancer Council Australia.
The daffodil is Cancer Council's symbol of hope, hope for better treatments, hope for more breakthroughs, and hope for everyone whose life has been touched by cancer. This Daffodil Day, we're turning that hope into action for someone who means the world to us.
Every dollar donated here goes directly to Cancer Council Australia, funding life-saving research, prevention programs and support services for people affected by cancer across the country.
Whether you can join us for a cuppa, donate a gold coin or give generously here, every contribution counts.
Let's make Kyra's Golden Hour truly golden. 💛
With love, from all of us at Crown World Mobility Australia

On behalf of all the management and staff of GCW Holdings, I extend our best wishes, love and positive thoughts to Kyra.
