Day 16 of my 15 day Daffodil challenge- challenge completed!

Fellow Daffodils from left David Gosden, me, Rebecca Steele-Eden, and Garry Comans- they are in budgie smugglers cos they are "dipping" - I am swimming 1.2 km as I have done for the majority of my August fundraiser swims. Thanks to all muy supporters who donated and lets hope for more cancer treatment breakthroughs from the funds raised for the Cancer Council. THANKS ALL. I raised almost $800 in a town where there were other Daffodils hitting on donors. Great effort Harold Holt Swimming Club.

Dip #15 Jibbon Beach on a glorious almost Srping day

Dip #15 Jibbon Beach on a glorious almost Srping day- I have completed 15 swims for cancer research. Today- supported by Gregory- and photos by an obliging French couple on the beach. I explained the hat was for a cancer fundraiser. Need another $50 to reach my goal of $650. (or $350 to reach $1000 and be elevated to next level - "Impact")-  yellow hat is because I donated too.

14th swim with the HH Team - Garry and Bec with me in this pic

Here's a photo with Garry and Rebecca Eden- fellow Daffodils. There were others there (in other pics: Sui, Suellen, Terri). Thanks all Harold Holt swimmers for the solidarity. Garry is. cancer survivor and Bec's mum is battling colon cancer. I know there are so many calls out for charity donations - have increased my target to $650- 2 days to go. If i can reach $1000 I will achieve a new tier called "Impact".
