Why I'm fundraising for Daffodil Day

For my Mum..

For someone I miss everyday... For someone I loved so much.

My Mum lost her battle after 5 years of initial diagnosis (stage 4 cervical cancer), invasive treatments, remission, ongoing pain and unimaginable sacrifices.
Then it returned.... along with other issues stemmed from treatment years ago - and which is why she now flys beautifully in the clouds above..

No-one should have to go through this..... Its heartbreaking...Its unfair....It should be different.

I have started this fundraiser to help raise funds to support research & families - something I have always done anyway for cancer research, but I have an even bigger and personal reason and fight behind me now.
