Why I'm fundraising for Daffodil Day
I'm raising funds in support of the almost 1 in 2 Aussies diagnosed with cancer by age 85. Every dollar is funding more vital cancer research, and giving hope to all of us affected by cancer.
Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer. I never met either of my grandfathers. Both of them died very young with one of them having cancer and the other one heart disease. I'm raising money to support the Cancer Council, this Daffodil Day - 20 August 2026. Rather than just one cold plunge, my goal is to swim at least 100km before then end of August.
