Why I'm fundraising for Daffodil Day
Being diagnosed with throat cancer in May has deeply changed my life and I have been touched by the day to day support of volunteers from Cancer Council at my daily treatment sessions. I'm raising funds in support of the almost 1 in 2 Aussies diagnosed with cancer by age 85. Every dollar is funding more vital cancer research, and giving hope to all of us affected by cancer. Throat cancer is prevalent in young, healthy, non smokers so I’m hoping more research into this lesser talk about cancer will come from my fundraising efforts.
