Why We’re Supporting Daffodil Day
Cancer doesn’t just affect one person—it changes the lives of families, friends, workmates and entire communities. Almost all of us know someone who has faced this journey, or we’ve experienced it ourselves.
At Green Grocers Florist & Pantry, we’re honoured to be part of so many of life’s milestones. We create flowers to celebrate new beginnings, weddings and birthdays, but we also create flowers to offer comfort, express sympathy and say goodbye. We see firsthand just how deeply cancer touches the lives of those in our community.
That’s why this fundraiser means so much to us.
Every dollar raised helps fund life-saving cancer research and provides support for people and families when they need it most. While we can’t take away the heartbreak cancer causes, we hope that together we can help bring hope for a future where fewer families have to hear the words, “You have cancer.”
