Why I'm fundraising for Daffodil Day
Our dad was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in September 2024. Cancer has become part of our family’s story, but it does not define who he is or the life we share with him. After many cycles of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant that unfortunately weren’t successful, we were blessed with the opportunity for Dad to access a clinical trial. He has now been on the trial for 14 months, giving our family more hope and more precious time together. That’s why this August, for Daffodil Day, we’re raising funds for Cancer Council Victoria to help support cancer research and give hope to more families like ours. I’m fundraising for Daffodil Day, to support advancements in life-saving cancer research.
